Pilates on the sand, beach sauna warmth, an optional guided sea dip, and a soothing sound bath to melt into deep rest. It’s beginner-friendly, cosy, and capped for comfort.

What do I need to bring?
Swimwear, towel/dry-robe, warm layers, water, flask.
Capacity 16 seats (sauna rotates 8 at a time).
