The BearSoul Path

A 6-week beginners’ yoga journey into strength, stillness & self-discovery.

Ready to begin your yoga journey but not sure where to start?

 

The BearSoul Path is a welcoming 6-week programme designed to gently guide you into yoga, step by step, with the support of community, conversation, and care.

 

Over 6 weeks you’ll:

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

  • Learn foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques

  • Develop confidence to continue practicing independently

  • Discover the benefits of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection

 

What’s included:

  • 6 guided weekly classes (60 minutes each)

  • A student workbook with pose guides, journaling prompts, and reflections

  • A dedicated WhatsApp group for extra guidance, Q&A and encouragement throughout the course

  • Two free classes after the course finishes to help you keep your practice going

  • 20% off any BearSoul event (excludes retreats)

Who it’s for:

Absolute beginners, anyone returning to yoga after a break, or those wanting to refresh the foundations of their practice in a safe and supportive space.
