Ready to begin your yoga journey but not sure where to start?

 

The BearSoul Path is a welcoming 4-week programme designed to gently guide you into yoga, step by step, with the support of community, conversation, and care.

 

Over 4 weeks you’ll:

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

  • Learn foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques

  • Develop confidence to continue practicing independently

  • Discover the benefits of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection

  • Join a free weekly class during the course to continue building your confidence and practice

 

Who it’s for:

Absolute beginners, anyone returning to yoga after a break, or those wanting to refresh the foundations of their practice in a safe and supportive space.
