The BearSoul Path is a welcoming 6-week programme designed to gently guide you into yoga, step by step, with the support of community, conversation, and care.
Over 6 weeks you’ll:

Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

Learn foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques

Develop confidence to continue practicing independently

Discover the benefits of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection
What’s included:

6 guided weekly classes (75 minutes each)

A student workbook with pose guides, journaling prompts, and reflections

Supportive Q&A + coffee chat after every class (optional)

A dedicated WhatsApp group for extra guidance and encouragement throughout the course

Two free classes after the course finishes to help you keep your practice going
