
Yoga, sea, sauna — and chips if you fancy staying on.
Join me for a playful yet grounding midday coastal reset combining movement, nature and warmth by the sea.
We’ll begin with an awakening yoga flow, designed to gently energise the body, open the breath and help you land fully in the day. The practice is accessible, nourishing, and suitable for all levels.
From there, we’ll step into the elements with a refreshing sea dip, followed by time in a private, wood-fired sauna. Move between heat and sea at your own pace — warming, dipping, resting, and soaking up the wild coastal atmosphere.
To round things off, you’re welcome to stay on for a relaxed fish & chip supper by the sea at Flora Tea Rooms — a classic seaside treat and a lovely way to connect and unwind together.
Fish & chips are optional and at an additional cost, payable by attendees.

Essentials
