Chai Workshop
Learning a bit of history behind chai/tea culture and the spices used. We'll delve in to the healing properties of each spice and all will be on hand to smell & taste. We'll toast the spices, blend them and brew them to make a warming chai to enjoy with some Jeera Cookies (Roasted Cumin Shortbread). A chance to all relax, connect and simply enjoy a good cuppa.
Wellbeing Support
You'll blend and create a woodland body oil that can support stress relief & emotional balance.
