Come Home to Yourself in the Heart of the Highlands
There was a time when I kept pretending I was fine — until my body gently, and then not so gently, asked me to stop.
A few days in the mountains to breathe again…
Highland Stillness is a gentle invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself.
Think loch swims, woodland stillness, restorative movement, cosy creative workshops, and space to simply be.
This is not about doing more.
It is about softening, slowing, and being held by nature.

Why 11 Spaces?
The retreat is intentionally limited to 11 guests.
In numerology, 11 is the number of intuition, awakening, and new beginnings.
It symbolises listening inward, trusting your knowing, and stepping gently into the next chapter of your life.
This number chose itself — and it guides the intention of the retreat:
small, intimate, grounded, and deeply transformational.

What will make this retreat extra special
Wild Swimming in Loch Goil
A soul-awakening invitation into the water.
Cold water immersion can support resilience, lift mood, sharpen clarity, and gently restore the nervous system. But beyond the benefits, it can reconnect you with your own strength, courage, and aliveness.
This experience is always optional, yet for many it becomes one of the most powerful and memorable parts of the retreat.
Life Path Numerology for Self-Discovery
A reflective and grounding practice to help you explore your life path number and what it may reveal about your natural gifts, patterns, and direction.
This is not about prediction, but about gentle self-inquiry. A chance to understand yourself more deeply and feel guided from within.
Woodland Hikes & Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)
Slow, intentional time among the ancient woodland surrounding the estate.
Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a deeply restorative practice known to help reduce stress, regulate mood, support immunity, and deepen your connection to the natural world.
It is a sensory, grounding experience that invites you out of your head and back into your body.
Movement, Rest & Nervous System Support
Soft morning movement, restorative evening practices, breathwork, stillness, journaling, and spacious moments to simply be.
Everything is designed to help you soften, exhale, and return to yourself.
Chai Workshop
A warming and sensory experience exploring the history of chai and the healing properties of the spices used within it.
Together, we’ll smell, taste, toast, and blend the spices before brewing our own chai to enjoy with Jeera cookies, roasted cumin shortbread.
A cosy moment to gather, connect, and savour the ritual of a really good cup of tea.
Dried Wreath Making
This creative workshop invites you to make your own dried wreath, inspired by the landscape, tones, and textures that surround us.
A beautiful chance to create something meaningful with your hands and take a piece of the retreat home with you. *these will be boxed up and couriered to you so no worrying about taking them on the plane!)

Vintage Lace Flower Art with Watercolours
A quiet, mindful creative practice using vintage lace and watercolours to express your own version of beauty.
No artistic experience is needed, and no talking is required.
Simply a peaceful space to create, soften, and feel gently held in the company of others.
