As spring unfolds, join us for a day to reconnect with your body — building strength, soothing tired muscles, and softening into stillness. This mini retreat blends movement, recovery, and rest to help you feel strong, balanced, and deeply nourished.

Step into spring with a half-day BearSoul retreat designed to strengthen the body, soothe the system, and create space for renewal.

Across this thoughtfully balanced experience, you’ll move through strength and flow, embrace recovery through sauna and cold plunge, nourish with mindful food, and soften into stillness with Yin yoga.

 

Schedule:
🕙 10:00 – 11:00 AM | Kettlebell Flow – Power & Pulse
Build power and stability through mindful, strength-focused movement with Sky from Body Blitz Fitness

🕚 11:15 – 12:15 PM | Sauna & Plunge – Recovery & Reset
Guided heat and cold immersion to support recovery and energy flow with The Roaming Sauna

🕛 12:30 – 1:15 PM | Light Lunch – Nourish & Repair
A delicious, anti-inflammatory meal supporting muscle and joint health.

🕐 1:30 – 2:30 PM | Yin Yoga – Lengthen & Restore
A grounding, connective tissue-focused Yin practice to balance the morning’s strength work with Gemma from BearSoul Wellbeing

🕝 2:30 – 3:00 PM | Herbal Tea & Connection Circle

A quiet, reflective close to your day.
