Blending movement, warmth, ritual, and rest, this intimate experience invites you to soften the nervous system, care for the body, and carve out space to simply be.
Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga, create your own personalised essential oil roller blend, craft a botanical body glow scrub, and sink into the healing warmth of sauna and cold plunge therapy.
This is a day to exhale. To return to yourself. To leave feeling grounded, radiant, and deeply replenished.

Craft your own personalised pulse point roller using pure essential oils chosen to support calm, energy, balance, or emotional wellbeing. A beautiful ritual to take home and continue beyond the day.
11:00 AM | Soft Flow Yoga – Awaken & Open
Ease into the day with a grounding yoga flow designed to gently mobilise the body, release tension, and reconnect you with your breath with Clare from Wylde & Bloom Yoga.
12:00 PM | Seasonal Nourish Lunch
A light, nourishing lunch inspired by seasonal ingredients to leave you feeling restored and energised.
13:30 PM | Sauna & Plunge – Release & Reset with the Roaming Sauna + Indian Head Massage
Sink into the warmth of the sauna and experience the invigorating benefits of cold plunge therapy with The Roaming Sauna. A powerful practice for circulation, nervous system support, and deep release.
During this time enjoy an Indian Head Massage from Clare from Wylde & Bloom Yoga
16:00 PM | Herbal Tea & Closing Circle with Yin Yoga
Soften into a nourishing Yin Yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and help the body fully absorb the day’s rituals and rest. We’ll close with herbal tea, quiet reflection, and a gentle sharing circle to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply cared for.
