What do you want to gather into your life, and what are you ready to set down?
As the days soften and autumn settles in, join us for three nights of gentle movement, coastal air, creativity and deep rest.

We’ll work with earth and flowers, shaping clay in a ceramic workshop and creating a dried flower cloche with the Southwold Flower Company. Alongside these moments of making, there will be time to stretch, settle, share nourishing food and enjoy the simple pleasure of being somewhere peaceful.
A little space to gather yourself, feel grounded and return home with something beautiful you’ve made, and a little more room within.

A little space to gather yourself
Nestled in the Suffolk countryside, Toad Hall’s handcrafted timber lodges will be our home for the weekend. Here, we’ll gather for nourishing meals, share conversation and leave room for quiet time too.
Our theme, Gathered & Grounded, takes inspiration from the changing season: gathering what brings us warmth and meaning, and finding the things that help us feel steady.
You don’t need any experience of yoga or creative workshops. Come as you are, with space to take everything at your own pace.

Gathering around the table
All meals and refreshments are included throughout the retreat.
We’ll gather around the communal table for relaxed, nourishing meals, with alfresco dining whenever the spring weather allows.
Food will be an important part of the experience, offering time to connect and share without rushing. Dietary requirements will be requested before the retreat.
Your lodge
Toad Hall has five individually handcrafted timber lodges surrounded by open Suffolk countryside.
The retreat welcomes just seven guests:
• Two twin lodges for four guests sharing
• Three king lodges for sole occupancy
Each lodge is warm, insulated and thoughtfully furnished, with its own private decking area, plus coffee making facilities.
A gentle note about outdoor living
This retreat has been created for those happy to embrace nature and a small sense of adventure.
One lodge has an ensuite bathroom. Each of the remaining lodges has its own allocated private shower room and toilet, located a short walk across the grounds. These facilities are private to your lodge and are not shared with other guests.
It may mean wrapping yourself in a warm layer, slipping on your shoes and stepping outside beneath the morning sky.
We believe this is part of the charm of staying somewhere so closely connected to nature, but want you to understand the setting before booking.

Come on your own, feel part of the gathering
Whether you’re joining alone or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed. This small-group retreat offers space for connection, alongside the freedom to enjoy moments to yourself.
Perhaps you’re craving rest, a chance to be creative or a few days away from the demands of everyday life. Whatever brings you here, there’s room for you.

Leave with something beautiful you’ve made, memories to carry with you and a little more space to breathe.
