As summer begins to soften into autumn, the September Harvest Moon invites us to pause.
To gather what has nourished us.
To release what has become heavy.
To return to warmth, rhythm, body and breath.
Join me at BearSoul HQ in Rickinghall for a deeply nourishing Harvest Moon mini retreat, woven with candle making, sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, 5 element drumming, fire ceremony and seasonal food.
Led by Lisa, creator of Scarlett O'Haha we’ll begin by creating your own Harvest Moon intention candle, blending scent, ritual and meaning into something you can take home and light as the darker season begins. From there, we'll guide through with breathwork and a Harvest Moon Yoga Nidra.
We’ll move gently through the elements: the warmth of the sauna with Sophie & Joe of The Roaming Sauna, the clarity of cold water, the rhythm of the drum led by Sandra of Witchy Wu, the release of the fire, and the grounding comfort of Harvest Moon Soup and baked breads. Enhance your evening and pre-book a mini shoulder, neck and back massage with Beka from Vida Sana Massage Therapies for £15.

Inspired by the seasonal shift from late summer into autumn, this gathering is a chance to honour what you have harvested, breathe into what feels true, and let go of what no longer needs to be carried.
No experience is needed. Everything is gently held and choice-led, including the sauna and plunge.
