
Take a pause in your day and join me for a nourishing afternoon of yoga, creativity & connection at The Cow Shed Cafe.
We’ll start with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow to ease into the day and find some calm, with a hands-on touch using essential oils to deepen relaxation and awaken the senses.
Then, you’ll create your own personal jar of delicious granola — full of spices, seeds, nuts and dried fruit — something nourishing to enjoy yourself or gift to a friend.
You’ll also churn fresh cream into golden butter, adding herbs, spices or honey to make it your own.
Along the way, we’ll pause for tea, warmth and laughter in good company.
The Cow Shed Cafe prides itself with all food baked and cooked onsite, using locally sourced ingredients from the farm shop and bakery.

Ample FREE parking directly outside the cafe

The experience is beginner friendly — no yoga experience needed (note access to studio is via a flight of stairs)

You’ll take home your own jars of warming granola and golden butter, beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy or gift

Numbers are kept small (only 8 guests) to keep the afternoon personal and cosy
