So, who is this event for?
This Women’s Wellness Day is for women of all ages who are ready to prioritize self-care, nourish their wellbeing, and connect with a supportive, welcoming community.
This is a safe space — a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment.
Whether you're looking to move your body gently, learn more about healthy living, explore your creative side, or simply relax and recharge — this day is for you.
It's especially for those who want to stand together in raising awareness for breast cancer while celebrating strength, resilience, and sisterhood.
You'll leave feeling calm, centered, and with a heart full of gratitude for the shared experience and the beauty of togetherness.
How our time together looks
2:00pm A warm welcome from Gemma (founder BearSoul Wellbeing) and Fay (Events Manager Mill Farm).
2:15pm A 45 minute pilates class to help improve posture, coordination, balance, concentration and focus.

3:15pm Mindful Hand-On Workshop - Celebrate Your Curves, Create with Clay
Get hands-on and a little cheeky with this fun and empowering clay workshop where we’ll shape beautiful booby pinch pots! No pottery experience needed. Together, we’ll laugh, create, and honour the beauty of the female form in all its glorious shapes and sizes. Whether you're making a pot to hold your rings, crystals, or secret chocolate stash, this mindful and light-hearted session is all about self-expression, body positivity, and sisterhood.

4:30-5:30pm: Eat well, learn more an informative and nourishing moment with Sophie Pelhamburn, who holds a Masters of Medical Science in Human Nutrition. As we enjoy a delicious, wholesome lunch together, Sophie will share expert insight into the foods that can help reduce the risk of developing cancer — with a special focus on how we can support and feed our hormones through nutrition.
This is more than just a talk — it’s a chance to taste what you’re learning, and leave feeling both full and informed.

5:45pm: The gift of self-care should never be undervalued! You'll learn how to apply a facial massage with aromatherapy blended products, plus essential oils and Gua Sea stone. Learn helpful skincare hints and tips to weave wellness into your everyday life.

19:00-20:00pm Deeply relaxing Yin Yoga that eases tension, worries and stress that we all carry, as you unwind you'll be taken on a journey of sound with Tibetan and Crystal bowls, chimes and drums.
No prior experience with Pilates, yoga, crafting, or mindfulness is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to care for yourself and others.
There is ample free parking on site and you'll be sent directions with a map for extra peace of mind! I the 'what three words' app genius, it will provide the exact location - we all know postcodes can have fun with us at times!
