What Is The Spring Equinox?
The Spring Equinox is the moment in the year when day and night are equal in length. Light and dark sit in balance. It usually falls around 20th or 21st March in the UK and marks the official beginning of astronomical spring.
Energetically, it represents:
• Balance
• Renewal
• Growth
• New beginnings
• Emergence after rest

After the inward, quieter energy of winter, the Equinox signals a gentle shift outward. The days grow longer. The soil begins to warm. Seeds that have been dormant start to stir.
In nature, it’s a turning point. In ourselves, it can be the same.

As the light and dark come into balance, we gather to honour the turning of the season.
Spring Equinox is a gentle threshold. A moment to pause. To reflect on what has been resting beneath the surface. To consciously choose what you are ready to grow.
Join me for an intimate morning of seasonal yoga, intention setting and seed planting.
What the morning includes
Seasonal Equinox Yoga Practice
A grounding yet uplifting flow to awaken the body after winter. Gentle heart openers, steady standing postures and a deeply nourishing rest to close.
Plantable Wildflower Intention Card
You’ll receive a hand designed seeded note card, printed with one of four delicate wildflower illustrations.
The eco friendly paper is embedded with wildflower seeds, meaning your written intention can be planted and will bloom long after the morning ends.
Spring Bulb Cup Crafting
Create your own spring flower bulb cup to take home. A small, living reminder of what you are nurturing this season. All materials included.
Spring Morning Table
After practice, we gather around the table for:
• Mini pastries
• Homemade granola with fresh seasonal berries
• Thick, creamy yoghurt from local Suffolk producer Baron Bigod Dairy
• Coffee and a selection of herbal teas
Light. Nourishing. Seasonal. Simple.
A space to connect, reflect and welcome the brighter days ahead.
