Alpaca Yoga, Tea & Cake

A gentle gathering of movement,

connection, and countryside calm

Mill House Events, Banham - starting April

Join me and the herd for a truly special experience where yoga meets the quiet charm of alpacas.

We’ll begin with a soft, accessible yoga practice, surrounded by these curious and calming animals. Their peaceful presence has a way of easing the nervous system, inviting you to soften, smile, and be fully present.

After yoga, you’ll have time to meet and feed the herd, getting to know each alpaca’s unique personality. There’s something incredibly grounding about being close to animals, it brings you out of your head and into the moment.

We’ll then settle in with tea and cake, sharing space, conversation, or simply enjoying the stillness.

Why you’ll love it
• A gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels
• The calming, mood-boosting presence of alpacas
Time outdoors in nature to reset and recharge
• A chance to slow down, connect, and feel held in a small group
Tea, cake, and cosy conversation to close

To keep this experience intimate and respectful of the alpacas’ welfare, spaces are limited to just 10 attendees.
